Twinkle Twinkle Little Star App for Preschool Kids

When you start thinking about giving your child an iPhone or iPad (or allowing them to *gasp* play with yours) you start to wonder what apps are good for playtime.  I love “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” for my child and he loves it too!  I actually had this app on my iPhone before I even started blogging because, who doesn’t know the song Twinkle, Twinkle? When I was looking on the App Store it came right up and the review and the preview images made it look great.

Once it was downloaded, it took just a moment to see how great it was with a few different modes of working with it. You can do a play and sing-a-long, learn the song, karaoke mode, and a freestyle mode (which is really just playing the piano). My child really loves the story mode and we usually play it for him before nap time to calm him down a little bit before trying to nap.

Full disclosure: I was not given this app – I paid for it and the views and thoughts are my own.
