Digital & Domestic Abuse Awareness, It’s Time To Talk

Really, this post is about more than just digital and domestic abuse. Recently, Dads Talking was invited to attend Liz Claiborne’s “A Time To Talk Day” and be a part of helping to get the word out about domestic violence and teen dating abuse by speaking with and interviewing the nation’s top domestic violence experts, attorneys general, corporate leaders, district attorneys, legislators, celebrities and parents and teens who’ve been effected.

Today’s video consists of a few of those interviews which will give you some information about the subject matter, as well as the links to where you can continue to learn about the subject and inform yourself so you can help raise strong sons and daughters who won’t become part of the statistics. Tomorrow, we’ll have a video up from a leading Psychotherapist in the field who will give you some actionable steps and signs to look out for when dealing with and teaching your children about digital and dating abuse. For more info, you can check out the Love Is Not Abuse website, in addition to the info you receive in the video and the one to come tomorrow.
